Mostly comfortable stay
The only real problem with this hotel was the giant biker rally going on at the time we were staying there. The entire parking are was taken up with bikes and bike trailers. We always had to park in a satellite lot across the street. I would do my homework next time and make sure that I was not going to be there during the Hot Springs Biker Rally, because it really ruined the Hot Springs Downtown area for three of the four days that we were there. They just rode up and down the streets all damn day. The hotel was very clean and the staff is very helpful for the most part.

I would do my homework next time and make sure that I was not going to be there during the Hot Springs Biker Rally, because it really ruined the Hot Springs Downtown area for three of the four days that we were there. They just rode up and down the streets all damn day. The peaceful town where I grew up is pretty much a mess for those few days...and Im OK with that, Hot Springs obviously needs the money. Just dont go there during this time unless you are a fan of that.

Will definetly go back
breakfast was great - free shuttle to nearby amusement park. Beds could have been more comfortable and hoping ES will upgrade the t.v.s soon.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
magic springs/crystal springs is beautiful, clean and a great value - thats if you have time to work around rain-outs. We especially enjoyed the concerts at Magic Springs -
