Great Location & Wonderful Accommodations
Hotel staff was outstanding and helpful. We were very surprised in the location to EVERYTHING --easy walk everywhere. Room was small but worked fine for 3 adults -it was very clean. We loved the window configuration to get fresh air at night but wished we had requested for a room away from the street side, as it was a little noisy with people on the street. Would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends and family --give it a try, you’ll love it too!
Traveler's tip
The canal tours are wonderful and very close to the hotel. Shopping is close but everything was close to this hotel that we wanted to do for 2+ days before our cruise. Food is very quite expensive in Copenhagen. The Ice Bar was a lot of fun!!

Clean but REALLY small
Staff was great and cleanliness fine, but we had a room for 3 adults and could hardly move around. WAY too small. Also, no air conditioning and it doesn’t get dark much in June so we didn’t sleep well. The room was very light if we left curtains open and stifling warm if we didn’t open them to let air in. Breakfast was copious, as usual in Scandinavia.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Nyhavn Street/Canal just a few easily-walked blocks away. Fun boat trip there and neat places to eat. We liked Cap Horn’s for dinner. Fun to walk to various sites and staff helpful in helping plan a route to hit several.
