Convenient Central Location
We really liked the location of this hotel and the room we had. Location is very convenient and central to everything in Madrid. If you dont mind little noise of the busy Gran Via street, request a room that is facing the Gran Via street. The room we had had nice expansive glass windows which we like. We did not use the food service but the location is close to every thing so many fast food and formal restaurants are close by. If you are traveling from the USA, you will find the hotel service poorer compared to the US hotels in general, however, of several hotels we stayed in Spain, this hotel provided better service than any other hotels in other cities we stayed.

Nice and really close 2 everything FREE Wi-fi
This hotel is perfect for who wants to stay in the real Madrid centre, close to everything and the main attractions and night-life. The room was pretty and clean, the staff good and helpful and has FREE wi-fi. The breakfast costs 12.84 euros but there are a lot of bars close to the hotel so you can have it outside with more options.

You can save a lot of time staying in this hotel because is close 2 everything. In front of the hotel there is a good restaurant with Tango shows that is always full. Reservation must be done during the day before going there.

OK Stay
Big bathroom but disfunctional door. Smell in the lobby. Bed’s were quite worn and needed replacing. Otherwise very convenient and clean. Good for family.

Don’t buy breakfast. There a hundreds of cafe’s around to get exactly what you want.
