be careful about wake up call
My husband and I and two of our friends staying at a separate rooms, we had to leave early to meet 7AM flight out of KUL so we asked for a early wake up call at 4 AM. neither one of received the wake up call from the hotel.If I had not set my own alarm just in case, we would have missed our flight due to hotel’s negligence and irresponsibility. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

Comfortable hotel in a good location
Le Meridien is in a very practical location for the airport train and the skytrain. Rooms are decently sized, and the beds are comfortable. Good views from the room. Only snags: Toilet seems sub-standard for a hotel in this category, and there’s lots of technical problems with the internet connection (dns issues because of the particular technical solution chosen makes general usage of the internet a struggle. The internet connection is also almost twice the price of many other hotels in the city). On account of the internet problems, I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers. It’s fair enough for tourism, though.

The airport train (KLIA Express) is the fastest way into the city, just 28 minutes from the airport to KL Sentral and Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur is located right at the station – within walking distance from the platform. KL Sentral is where all the trains, monorail and LRT join. I have highlighted your internet comments (and in particular DNS issues) to our IT team so that we can improve this facility. Our bandwidth will be increased again in January 2010 to provide faster connections. Again, thanks for staying at Le Meridien.
