Special Anniversary at the Wyndham Bay Voyage Inn
I had read reviews on this hotel that were not very nice about the staff. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were courteous, helpful and knowledgable on the surrounding areas and activites. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
The areas surrounding Jamestown are full of activities like whale watching in Galileo, the mansions in Newport (that took us 2 days), there was a resturaunt in Jamestown the had seating outside and their seafood was fantastic. Going back to Jamestown at night was a treat.

Very Nice Place ( right on the water)
The staff and all employees could not have been more helpful. Ther knowlage of the area has very heplful in finding things to do during the VERY WET first day of ouf stay.
Traveler's tip on dining
The dining in the area was supurb. Would recommend the food in the Inn even to my very picky Chef friends. A Slice of Heaven in town is a must for at least one breakfast.

Like Block Island without the ferry ride
Great little NE Inn that also houses a very popular restaurant. Located just a five minute walk along the harbor to the main harbor/cafe/restuarant strip. A short drive to Newport attractions. Would definietely stay here again.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The bridge to/from Newport takes tokens (to avoid the cash laness). The hotel will buy back any unused tokens from guests, so you don’t need to worry about overbuying.
