Best Location in Town
If your looking for a location in town ! Older hotel and nearing time for a makeover. A new Hotel is under construction right next door and construction noise is from sunrise to sunset.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Right in the heart of the pier area and walking distance to everything, a perfect location for dining, shopping and several pubs and bars.

Great Location, condo-like room, and good price
Nothing fancy and service was just average, but great location, off of Thames St. in Newport, RI. The price was reasonable and the room was the size of a beach condo. Would go back someday.

Excellent location
The hotel was right in the middle of the strip. We loved the fact that we could go somewhere and always be able to walk back within five minutes to get back to our room. The staff was very nice and helpful if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying there. The beach is less than fifteen minutes away, which was very cool.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Go to the cliffs and see the mansions, they are beautiful. There is a great Spanish bar up the street, the bartender was a great and the drinks were good.
