Completely satisfied
Room was clean and comfortable; staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Convenient location. I would definitely return.

Try Gustorganics Restaurant at 519 Avenue of the Americas, at 14th St. About a 10 minute walk from the hotel--food and drinks are wonderful.

Poor Handling of Request
Requested a King bed, front desk seemed to ignore request and left it to us to discover our request would not be granted. Not impressed.

good location in Chelsea near the meatpacking district action and the west village. Free internet, nice staff. Hotels at $50 less would be way less desireable.
