Great Hotel - Great Capital Hill Location
The Room was very nice, Capital hill perfect. I walked downtown to the convention center in the morning, and walked to the bars at night. perfect. Free washer and dryer on my floor so, I did all my laundry before I left. I’d stay there again.

One of the best
They were extremely hepful. We left some articles in the lobby which they promptly shipped to us.

Excellent Hotel next to Seattle University
I specifically needed a hotel as close to Seattle University as possible as I was visiting my son who attends college there. This was right across the street and was perfect! The location was great for me but if you are in Seattle specifically to see the sights near the waterfront, you may wish to pick another hotel. However, the hotel does offer a free shuttle all day to the downtown area and the waterfront and will pick you up at designated locations so you may be fine using that service. (We did walk back to the hotel from Pikes Place but Seattle is very hilly and it was a couple of miles, and you have to know where you are going, as my son did.) The whole hotel was in excellent shape and super clean. The decor was lovely and welcoming in the main lobby. My room was decorated nicely and the bed could not have been more comfortable. There is a great complimentary buffet in the restaurant. The staff people at the front desk day and night were very courteous and helpful, providing maps and directions. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Seattle.
