Cheap Good Hotel!
The hotel was good, management good, room good, ac worked fine, the room was clean and also the free breakfast was good. If I go to Niagara falls again, I will first check if room is available in this hotel first. The Red line goes just beside the hotel. So no problem in the communication to the Niagara Falls and the Red line runs till 2am in the morning!

You get what you pay for.
People were partying until 4:30 AM. Hotel staff refused to do anything about it. If you want to be up all night partying, you might enjoy it here. If you would like to actually get some sleep, stay away. A/C made loud grinding noise. Terrible shower with towels the size of hand towels. If you decide to stay here and you’d like to dry yourself off, bring your own towels.

Very nice middle of the road
Cute little motel, very clean, not real modern but inexpensive and close to the falls. The owners are very nice and will try to satisfy you.

Only about 3 miles from the tourist attractions and of course the falls.
