Very, very disappointing
We stayed 2x on this trip. 1st time--kept up all night due to a LOUD wedding party outside our room in a patio area. No one did anything about it and it lasted until 4a.m. Next morning, breakfast was stone cold. 2nd time--we had arranged a spec room and confirmed (on 1st visit) that it was booked. We arrived and it wasn’t available. We accepted an upgrade (but not really suitable) because we didn’t want to wait 3 hours for the room...we arrived long AFTER the previous occupants were to have checked out. Next morning, breakfast was to be at 6--at 6:20 the room was dark and the clerk couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. We left rather than having another crap breakfast.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Go for a place better suited for business needs...especially if you need sleep before a meeting. This was once a very nice hotel that has slowly deteriorated.

I have stayed at this hotel twice during business travel to Saltillo. Honestly I only stay there when there is a special because the rooms smell funny. However, the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Excelente by the price
Althoug the hotel is located bordering the city limits, the location is quite and nice, and with easy access to the principal points into the city. Beautiful suites and the plus of a complete hot breakfast give to this hotel a great value by its price. Only one inconvenient: The staff needs more experence, althoug they were kindly and polites.
