very good hotel
Make sure to ask for a room on the frontside of the hotel as the nearby interstate is making a lot of noise. Food was exellent ,friendly staff.

Wish I had chosen a budget hotel...
I recently stayed at this hotel en route to a conference, and was very disappointed. I arrived at 10PM and the young receptionist couldn’t have been less helpful. Finding out where my room was and where I should park was like pulling teeth. Didn’t like that I had to walk completely around the back of the building alone at that hour to find the entrance. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, bathroom utilitarian, thudding from the laundry room next to my room until very late. Wish I had spent half as much and stayed at a Comfort Inn or similar because this place is nothing like the Courtyards I had stayed in in the past!! Save your $$$.

Very comfortable.
Great place to stay! I lived in Salinas my whole life, I go back alot to visit friends and family.This was the 1st time we stayed here, the beds were great, close to everything in town. Very friendly staff.

There’s plenty of places to eat around. The mall is just minutes off the highway. And, Monterey is just 15 minutes away.
