Very friendly hotel with helpful service
We stayed one week in a room with a sea view. Hotel is well located, clean and friendly. The room was very nicely furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was good with excellent coffees and was served in their rooftop restaurant - very nice view to start the day. The front desk was especially helpful to us in arranging travel and meetings. Excellent hotel.

Good hotel and restaurant
We spent a night at this well-maintained hotel in Syracuse. The room was clean and spacious. Check in was smooth and friendly, they even gave us a resiednt parking permit so that we could park right outside the hotel. It is somewhat confusing to find since the hotel is located in the historical center. The roof-top restaurant served a great dinner accompanied by a Sicilian wine. The only issue we had with the hotel was poor sound proofing. We were awakened at seven in the morning by someone taking a shower either in the room above or next to ours. The water sound was more than well heard. I guess it was time to get up anyway. Very satisfied with this stay.

Not impressed
Our room which was supposed to be partial seaview was the worst view Ive ever had in a hotel. We faced the wall of the other building with the top of the roof outside the window. To see the water we had to go up to the window and crank our heads to the side to see the water. When we asked if there was another room we were told they were full. Amazing since I never saw anyone in the halls or elevator and only 2 other tables were taken in the breakfast room. There was no reason to be near the water with the room view. But I have to say the view from the resturant is outstanding.
