Great access to piste
just opposite the hotel and up an escalator and you’ll hit the slopes, which is great. great for apres ski as it’s centrally located where all the action are, the bars, restaurants and shops. Friendly English speaking staff. Everything is great except room/ bed is a bit small when you have a lot of gear

Good hotel for those on a budget!
If you are only interested in a place to crash after a long day on the slopes then this hotel would be great! Its very convenient...just a short walk to the slopes and lifts. In the center of town near lots of shops and restaurants and directly across from TI. The hotel restaurant is really nice. We had half-board and breakfast was traditional European style and dinner was always 3 or 4 courses and very nice! Our room was very basic and had some very dated furnishing. Beds weren’t super comfortable but after skiing we were too exhausted to notice. The bathroom was a little strange...toilet in one room and the sink and tub in a totally separate room. The tub had a shower head but nothing to attach it to so you had to hold it the entire time you showered which was a little annoying. Overall, I would recommend it if you want something that’s inexpensive and close to all the action in Meribel.
