OK for a Hotel next to a Hospital
The hotel was adequate for it to be next to a Hospital in the middle of nowhere, but it could be cleaner and friendlier.

The best place to be if you go to the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.

An excellent place to stay for access to the Mayo Clinic and Fountain Hills area.
Food was exceptionally good and reasonably priced, but service was a bit slow and confused. However they voluntarily took off half of the bill for a forgotten cup of soup - more than fair. The server in this case was young and was the exception. Overall, service and facilities were first rate.

very quiet and a convenient place to stay
enjoyed staying there again...will return sometime. the only problem was there was a drift coming through the entry door to the room all night when the wind was blowing. could have been a problem for a light sleeper.
