Can’t get here from there
The hotel was of Fairfield quality. Unfortunately, the receptionist who answered the phone must have just arrived from Mars. We asked for directions from a few miles away and she put us on hold for 15 minutes only to return to the phone to say that she didn’t know where we were. The next time we called to ask for someone who might know the immediate vacinity we were put on hold for 12 minutes before being disconnected. Once we finally arrived, we were left standing at the front desk for 8-10 minutes while she tried to figure out how to check us in w/an Expedia reservation confirmation...all at 11:30 pm - very disconcerting and annoying!

Just right
I needed a quiet room before taking an important all-day test and this hotel provided just that. Very satisfied. The breakfast looked great, but I didn’t have time to try it.
