Very nice, good location, on the canal, good size room & bath for Europe.

Loved our stay
My wife and I (in our 50’s) loved this hotel. The location is ideal to sit out front and watch the activity on the Grand Canal. The proximity to the train and bus stations and vaporetto stop can’t be beat. The staff was very professional, especially Jessica who was very helpful. Be prepared to be asked if you would like to see their sister hotel, which is a beautiful 4 star hotel, but the location isn’t nearly as good. I would stay here again.

Hotel Antiche Figure -- Very Nice Place to Stay, Great Staff
The hotel room itself was a little dated, but the bathroom was nicely done. The location was great, and the staff was really wonderful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
Traveler's tip on dining
There’s a great pizza (by the slice, to go) place across the bridge near the hotel. When you get across the bridge (the train station will be to your left), go to the right, and the pizza place is about a block down, on your left. The pepperoni pizza is by far the best we found in Italy.
