Recommend you to stay at this hotel
We had a late arrival in which we had advised when we reserved the room. A slight mix-up at first in the room we reserved with the agent. But, worked out in our favor and needs in the end. The night manager on duty was excellent and very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are all very nice and helpful in seeing that your stay is pleasant. They serve an excellent breakfast with a wide variety considering everyone’s dietary needs. The beds were very comfortable with both soft & firm choice of pillows. We were surprised to see actually four pillows on each bed. I always carry one with me because most of the time it’s hard to get extra pillow. Not a worry here. Extra towels not a problem & if you forget something small just ask & they have complimentary items at the desk. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area. Not a complaint, just would of liked a little more selection of TV stations to select from. You will most definitely enjoy your stay at this hotel. I would rate it a 5* place to stay!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
It’s location right off the Ohio Turnpike make’s it a convenience. It’s a short drive to go shopping,dining,etc.;but well worth the few extra minutes to drive to whatever your needs are.

Holiday Inn Express -- Newton Falls, OH
Right off of I-80, appeared to be relatively new and in nice condition. Great breakfast (not the usual pastries/doughnuts and juice/coffe). However, I would not call a room with two beds and a pull-out couch (with a cr@ppy mattress) a Suite. Staff was very helpful in recovering our lost cell phone two weeks after our stay. Highly recommended.
