Very pleased with hotel overall and would go back for sure
We found the hotel very well located with easey access to everything. The hotel was very well maintained and very clean and tidy. For our older citizens, you need to know there are no elevators and stairs to the second floor is quite steep. Not easy for getting suitcases up there. Everything else was just great. The breakfast served everyday is excellent and had no complaints at all.

Everything was lovely. Wonderful breakfast.
It was nice to have a comfortable place to stay and relax after a busy day.
The kitchenet provided a way of making a simple meal if we chose to do so and the refrigerater kept our water cold.

Fine for price, waffles overcame some shortcomings
After the great reviews, maybe my expectations were too high, but we were slightly disappointed. The rooms were clean, but seemed well used, and the other little things, like the tv signals cutting in and out, squeaky A/C, only two single cookies in lobby, made it seem very budget level. We did enjoy the pool, which was clean, and the waffle iron for fresh waffles at breakfast did win back a lot of points. So, at the price I would certainly recommend the hotel, but plan on eating a lot of waffles to round out the rough edges.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
If you are into driving, the Bondurant Racing school is only a few minutes away. I think it is the best racing school in the US. Expensive, but if you like fast cars, something you must do this lifetime.
