Great Hotel - Room Needed an Upgrade
Loved the hotel and it’s in a great area but the room we stayed in was in dire need of an upgrade. The bathroom was in good shape and the fixtures looked newer but the carpet was old and soiled, the beds had very nice linens but the bed frames and matresses were on their last legs - and probably should have been replaced about 5 years ago. The room was clean but it was worn. Pools were nice and very clean. Service was very good. Staff was very helpful. Very happy with the pool hours - appeared to be open 24/7. Fitness Center hours were a disappointment - closed at 8:30 p.m. every night. Food was a little (well, a lot) pricey. It’s a classic hotel that was in good condition overall but the rooms, at least the one we stayed in, required some improvements to the basics.

Awful .... not what one would expected from a Biltmore
Service at restaurants so slow, one Starbucks ... lines way too long, pools that had the food/beverage service were filled to capacity 4 days in a row (was one pool with no services).... cutting grass and blowing leaves while at pool. Would never go back to this resort. Very dissappointed for a Biltmore chain.
