Not good, Not great
The hotel is fairly new; however, they cater to the European traveler. All plugs in the hotel are 220 Volt. So, if you are North American, or from the US, don’t expect to plug any of your electronics in the hotel. This is sad for a 3 year old hotel, an extreme disapointment. If you have no electronic gadgets (In 2007?), this is a great place to stay. However, if you value your electric comforts, don’t bother. The airport shuttle is the only redeeming quality of the hotel.

Very Reasonable Price
The Hotel is located about 15 minutes from Sao Paulo International Airport and the hotel has a pickup service from Terminal 2. It is not a big Hotel, but it has almost everything including a swimming pool on the roof top. The room is clean and has a very good size. This is the third hotel is stayed in Sao Paulo, I would give it an "A" in terms of the rates, the comfort and the overall satisfactin I get in return. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in a rather isolated corner, I was advised not to walk outside after 9:00pm at nite.

Sad and Bad for clients.
I stayed at this hotel September 2007. This hotel promotes airport pickup, so I scheduled one. I waited at the airport at the right place, on time, and the hotel shuttle did not come. I waited an additional 15 minutes then I called the hotel. I was told the bus was on its way, great! NOT. After 40 minutes I called again, same story the bus is coming, NOT. An hour passed. Irritated, after an hour & 25 minute wait, I called again, got the same answer, and asked for the Manager. Sorry, he was in a meeting, cant be disturbed. OK, give me the assistant manager, No, he is in a same meeting; well, who is available? No One. The shuttle never came. So, finally, I hired a taxi for $38 and lost two hours. I checked in and waited in our room for my luggage to be brought up (there were two bellboys) finally after 40 minutes, I called and was told the luggage is coming. Wait, coming? No, I am not going for that B.S. again. I went down to the lobby and, YEP, they were there, unattended, near the entrance door. There were 4 employees having a good time, laughing and talking (probably about how to improve service.), I did not interrupt them. I brought the luggage up myself. Though I asked various times, I never did get to speak to the manager, or to the assistant manager. They went home. SAD, this could be a good hotel. BAD, you pay in time and frustration for the poor service
