Older, small but clean with accomodating, friendly staff.

Nice stay in Santa Barbara
We had a small family reunion in Santa Barbara and this hotel met our needs nicely. We stayed in the back where the rooms are configured around a courtyard with a table and lots of chairs which gave us room to socialize. The rooms themselves are a good size however and allowed for visiting as well. The hotel is about a mile from State Street. Everything was very nearby but the hotel is in a residential area and very quiet. Staff was very cordial and the price was reasonable for the area.
