Average hotel in general but better than many in Richland/Yakima
This hotel is more like an average 3 star nothing special. The beds were fairly comfortable and breakfast buffet was actually pretty good. (worth the $9) The pool is small but indoors which was perfect for April. The service is not polished or really friendly but for the Yakima Valley it is probably one of the better ones.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Ask for a room with a deck and chairs facing the river otherwise you’ll get a room with a 5 inch balcony just big enough for your feet.

Rooms were clean and well furnished. Beds were VERY comfortable.
