A good value and location.
Excellent Scottsdale location. The hotel isn’t a modern new facility but it is in very good condition and clean. The 4th floor bar/lounge is a good spot to watch sports, snack and enjoy an adult beverage. The complimentary breakfast and the two- hour free cocktail time is a nice touch. Not your normal breakfast as almost any choice of breakfast foods are available. Two heated pools and hot tubs. I’m spoiled. I’ve returned for my third time this fall.
The fall time of the year is great for those traveling from the northeast.

Good Value, Great Breakfast
Hotel is older but they keep it up very well. The grounds, hotel rooms and common areas are all kept clean. Very casual relaxed quiet atmosphere. Very good location to Old Scottsdale, phoenix zoo etc. They serve a made to order breakfast daily, which was much better than the standard continental at most hotels in this price range. We would stay there again when traveling to the Phoenix area.

Not great, but pretty good
It was a bit noisy if you had a room facing the main street.
