like the norman bates hotel from psycho
This hotel is a creepy, haunted house-type hotel. It totally reminded me of the bates hotel from psycho. the decor was so old-fashion, the floor creaked, and our AC dripped water throughout the night. one night we brought home leftover food and ate it on one of the tables in the dinning room and the owner (an old lady) yelled her head off in greek. also, the receptionist at night was a little kid who couldn’t speak english. another discomfort was that the only available computer with internet access in the hotel could not be used from 8 at night to 8 in the morning...or even later in the morning. it was a weird, bizaare stay at apollon hotel. also, the hotel’s photos are misleading.

Great Location
This small hotel is a 5 minute walk from the ferry, just far enough from the center to be more quiet at night. There’s a nice beach less than a block from the hotel.

We rented a gocart for the day to get around the island - a great way to see small villages and find great beaches away from Patrikia.
