Convenient location
St Peters Hotel fulfilled my expectations to stay in a local old guesthouse in NOLA. The room was clean and comfortable. My only problem was the bed that I sank(!) in every night; it was extremely soft and gave back pain.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
if you cant sleep in a soft bed, look for another place to stay. Otherwise your stay might turn into hell!

Just What We Needed!
The room was tucked away right off the street behind a door w/ 3 other rooms. Our upstairs room was large and could have spept 4. The air temp. was cold, the linens and bathrooms very clean, the office staff was very helpful and friendly, the coffee and pastries for breakfast were delicious, the surroundings were safe and filled w/ N.O. architecture that we just loved. We walked and walked and walked to everything and had a marvelous time. We passed restaurants, quaint stores filled w/ groceries, wine, and cheese. I look forward to going back to be so centraly located.

Charming
A good hotel, very close to the French Quarter. You will, however, need to park on the street if you stay there. The rooms are quaint, with nifty 1920s furniture and a modern touch or two - like a small flat-screen tv and clock-radio. Free continental breakfast, and friendly staff, too.
