Three faded stars
This hotel may have been grand once, but it needs a makeover. Everything seems faded and scuffed -- three stars is pushing it. During my stay, there were trade conventions going on; the bar was closed one evening, and in general the service was poor. It’s a pity, becaus the location is good.
