Great Hotel
The hotel staff was very friendly. And the room was very clean. I had not problems with this hotel at all. I would stay there again. It was also located right next to the local train system, which takes all threw the city of Bern.

Good place for family
Clean room. Staff mostly friendly. Nearby a mall where you can get decent food, but breakfast buffet is pretty good too.

Very Nice
Very Nice hotel. We liked that the Trolley stopped just across the street and we could ride it downtown very easily and not have to drive and park. The meals in the hotel were a little pricey though so we ate elsewhere.
