the hotel is fine really. but I was expecting more. the in-room entertainment is not good. except for the free wireless Internet access which is a big PLUS for me.

I will stay here again!
Very warm and comforting. It’s a very cute hotel in a convenient location. Within walking distance from London Eye and Big Ben. Room and bathroom were very clean. The bed seemed older because I sank in, but I still got a great nights rest. I will stay here again.
If you fly in using Ryan Air, take the train to the station and not the shuttle. Traffic was very bad and we wasted a lot of time. Check the weather for rain, it make traffic very, very, bad.

Nice hotel
The room was smaller than I expected, but everything else was very nice. The only problem was that our room’s air conditioning was broken. We had a fan, but the room was still very hot at times. The room and hotel did have free internet access which was extremely helpful and wonderful to have. All in all, it was a nice place with friendly people. I just wish there were more restaurants around the hotel, but other than that I enjoyed my stay.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
I went to England to go the Globe Theatre, and it was an excellent location if you are planning to be on the Southbank. It was close to what I needed it to be. It was also only a 10-15 minute walk from Waterloo Station, which made travel very easy.
