We’ll be back again this winter
This was our 2nd time here, both with our three kids. The pool is great, the kids love the made-to-order breakfast, and the adults appreciate the reception in the late afternoon. Only hitch in our whole stay was that they could have used more than 1 bartender at the reception as it was a Friday, and pretty busy here.

Convenient Minneapolis Stay
We were only at the hotel for less than 24 hours but it was very convenient for our destination, clean and served a wonderful complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the southern suburbs of Minneapolis.

Overall A Good Place To Stay
This Embassy Suites hotel was a little older than the prior ones I’ve staid at. However, the decor was very nice and was warm and inviting. The suites were nicely laid out except the bathroom was smaller than I would have liked. Also, the breakfast area was smaller than what I’m used to with Embassy Suites. Otherwise, the room was very clean and well kept. I would say that my biggest complaints, overall, with this hotel had to do with the comfort level of the pullout couch and with a particular service item. We had 4 in the room and stayed on the pullout couch which was extremely uncomfortable. It was a "full" size pullout and the mattress was thin and sagged in the middle. Also, we requested additional blankets at night and no one delivered anything despite the front desk saying they were going to do so. Otherwise, the stay was very nice and I would actually stay here again, albeit in the main bed and not the pullout!
