Very disappoining, staff uncorperative and with a could care less attitude.
I spent two nights at the hotel, reception was slow as only one person in attendance and would pefert to deal with telephone calls than customers. I by mistake left electic applicies behind valued at Euro 250, these were never handed and the recepton staff could not care less. Stunning views, but better avoid this tired run down, dirty hotel.

Very-Very old and dirty rooms
In this hotel we found only 2 good things: junior sweet, to which we moved after serious demand and free of charge parking places. Sweet was great, but ordinary and deluxe rooms were terrible. We are frequent travelers and this was the worst rooms in 4-star hotel we ever met. Peronal is Ok, but they can’t do rooms look better:(((
One more note about Switzerland - in the shops you will be pushed out by personnel 10 minutes before time of closing:((( Also be aware, that from 14-00 till 18-00 all restaurants and cafes are closed!!!!!

Needs a little work on it
All the rooms overlook the lake so that is very nice. It is on a lovely walkway around the lake and VERY near Chateau de Chillon. The hotel has seen better days. It needs repainted definitely but it is under new ownership and perhaps they will. Location is great but the rooms look tired. The sitting room and restaurant are lovely. Ok for the price.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Chateau de Chillon is fabulous. The hotel gives you a discount to it. Walk around the lake and enjoy the ambience.
