Very nice hotel
Very nice accomodations, nice and helpful staff for the most part, only dissatisfied with one staff member, rooms clean, rooms are comfortable, they have the best bacon I have ever ate

very friendly and helpful staff
definately would stay again. conveinently locate to many different restaraunts. My only complaint is the bed comfort thought they would have been like the other hilton garden inns still it was a good experience

No Restaurant Service on Weekend
We stayed there for one night on July 4th...we were very surprised and disappointed that there wasn’t any room service. The restaurant and bar was closed at the hotel and they suggested we get in our car and drive to a nearby restaurant. Although the restaurants were very close, we had to get back into our car after having traveled about 9 hours to have dinner.
Don’t advise to go there on a holiday weekend...no restaurant service!!!

Great Stay
We’ve stayed at this complex twice now and the second stay was equally as good as the first I would recommend this hotel.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
We went to the Murder Mystery on the Napa Valley wine Train It was wonderful We highly recommend doing this attraction.

Perfect for a short trip
Located close to many stores but out of the downtown Birmingham area. Staff was polite and accommidating
