Promise one thing and get another.
We booked a non-smoking room and when we got to the hotel they gave us a smoking room. Even after showing our Itinerary and expressing great frustation, to put it mildly, they said they were full and did nothing to fix this. They said they had the right change any aspect of the reservation. Needless to say I will not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
