It was a little hard to get to off the highway
Nice hotel, had evening reception with food, recommended a great asian restaurant for delivery, very friendly staff. It was a little hard to get to from the highway so I didn’t venture out until I had to leave the hotel.

One of the Best
We had a wonderful stay at the Hampden Inn in Denver...the staff was very personal and went out of their way for us many times...we were traveling with small children and they accommodated our every need...the beds were the most comfortable experience I have ever had...like being at home in my own bed...I will definitely book them again in the future.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The accommodations included a full breakfast as well as "breakfast bags to go" for the on the go crowd and an evening happy hour with snacks and wine...what a great place to get it all...just like being at home away from home.

Showers in Shambles
I want to start by saying I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and always had top notch service and experienced a well educated staff and perfectly maintained hotel. Now to the issues. First off the desk help was more of a cashier than a customer service rep. she was unable to answer any of my questions even one that was for directions for a train pick up two blocks away from the hotel. I had not 1 but 2 faulty bath fixtures. The one in my room was turned straight at my face so when I turned it on I got to take a preemptive shower, that’s not even the worst part. My friend in my other room was in the shower and the faucet shot off and bruised his ankle. After further inspection this was not the first time this had happened seeing that the faucet was glued back on the previous time. Other than that it was a great hotel if customer service and personal hygiene are not a concern for the customer.
