Not a family oriented Hotel.
Last week we were staying with our young sons in the Pittsburgh area for a family event. At about 9:30 in the evening, our neighbor began playing very loud music and no one could get any sleep. After an hour of calls to the front desk, the music finally was slightly turned down. The next morning I complained at the front desk and was told that all partons have until 11:00 pm to turn down music and be quiet. What family waits until 11 pm to go to bed? We had an early morning, had to be up at 4:30 pm. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again, especially in Pittsburgh, and I suggest if you have a family, you do the same.

Extended Stay West Mifflin
We were pleased with the accomodations. However, it took an hour to get a cab to go into the South Side. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
