My wonderfull trip to Laughling!!!

I’m very satisfy with the service. I found everything I need at the hotel. I had no need to go somewhere else.

First room was in the basement!

The first room we were given was in a three story wing that was like being in a basement.. Holes in the wall and furniture that was left over from a renovation! We had a view of the parking structure basement and dumpsters! I asked if we were given a poor room because we booked with Expedia and they said "No first come first serve!" I asked if they had anything else available. They gave us a room on the 22nd floor! Bathroom was renovated but furniture all looked second hand. OK, but not some place you would take friends!!! Buffet was not worth $6.99!!!! Would not recommend! Noticed that most of the hotels in Laughllin were very shabby, though! Very little if any security when walking along the River Walk! Rooms were actually cheaper in Vegas staying on the strip!!!!!!

Most fun for gambling was the Pioneer. They still had coin operated machines!

Will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at the River Palms. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The buffet was very good, and the cafe had a great deal with a 2.99 breakfast. I would definately recommend paying a little extra to have a riverside room.

POOR Experience

I used to stay here on a regular basis years ago. Had not been to here in at least 5 years. We arrived after hours and there was no one to check us in. We had to wait 20 minutes before the person came back holding a plate of food. Should of had a person covering for him on his break, especially after I called ahead informing them of my late check-in. Shower drain in room was clogged and hotel never fixed problem. The place needs a remodel. Very disappointing. Expedia cooperated with my issue. Thanks

I loved River Palms Its such a Romantic place!

I truly enjoyed all mt stays at The River Palms resort & hotel In Laughlin Nevada! I can’t wait to go back thats for sure! I really like the fact that it reminds me of being on a tropical island somewhere or on a huge cruise ship! I would definately tell people to get the river view rooms! There very nice and there Romantictoo!

we arrive and checked in, one of our rooms was give to someone else. We get there and all the stuff from someone else was in our room. We had to call down stairs and get 2 other rooms. But they were clean.

HIDE your stuff at the hotel. If my key opened someone else’s room, then someone else’s key could open my room too.

Would Stay again

When we got there about 11:30pm, the first lady behind the desk wasn’t very pleasant. And our key didn’t work so I had to go all the way down stairs to get the key fixed, but the second lady that helped us was great. The hotel/casino was very clean. The halls didn’t smell of mildew and the room was clean. The shower was wonderfully hot and good water pressure. Didn’t see any mildew in the bathroom. The only negative part was the bed was HARD AS A ROCK, we both had sore backs for a few days. And the buffet breakfast and dinner was really good. We will stay here again

NIce, friendly place to stay

We had never been to Laughlin before and really enjoyed ourselves. A riverview room request is a must.

We had the best time at the River Palms hotel in Laughlin. They have the best bartenders in town who know how to have a great time!!! We always stay at the River Palms!!!

It was the first time I went to Laughlin, and the River Palms Casino Resort made it a great experince, it was clean, VERY friendly and with great prices, i strongly recommend it. Paolo M

Not impressed

Need to stay on top of house keeping because they didn’t pick up my room correctly didn’t even make up the beds. Also we had problems with the plumbing and we requested an iron and it took for us to call 3 times and an hour to recive it.

Great price

If your looking for the best bargain in Laughlin this is it. If your looking for upscale and hi tech this is not the place. I have stayed a few times and found the staff great. The buffet is okay but needs to be more kid friendly with the prices. Would stay again the price is way to good to pass up.

Nice place to stay

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but would definitely stay again.

Not impressed

Hotel room had a sink that did not drain properly and overflowed. Cleaning staff did not leave enough towels for the second night. Bell hops would not respond to cars in driveway so we had to unload and move our car around the driveway to valet to get our car parked. Restaraunt not allowing customers to sit by the window unless you have a certain type of players card. Waiter in restaraun could not and did not try to get order right until food was sent back. Although some of the staff were friendly, the feeling in the building was one of indifference to their customers. When you started to look around the building, you realized that maintenance is not being done in a timely manner.

Good Hotel for the price.

Room was comfortable and it is very good for the price. There was only one issue with room service (they never brought what we asked for), but other than that, everything was fine. Clean and comfortable room. Buffet had a limited selection.

If you want to have a nice room for a reasonable price, then you should go for this hotel.

What you get for the money...

We booked this hotel because there was no additional fee for children. We stayed a total of five nights. Since we have a small child we inspected the room and found many small items/ choking hazards that had not been picked up by housekeeping staff. The outlet on the wall was missing the face plate. We alerted the hotel staff and they promptly fixed the problems. The decor was a bit outdated. We can’t complain too much since we only paid $10 per night. We may return to the River Palms but definitely in cooler weather. It was a scortching 117 degrees and quite miserable if you ventured outside the hotel.

If you do travel to Laughlin be sure to head across the river to Bullhead City and check out the Black Bear Diner. We recommend "The Grizz" for excellent breakfast with generous portions at an amazing price.

Not happy

We had three rooms. Two were supposed to be ajoining and one single. The ajoining rooms were not ajoining they were next to each other. One had a dirty bathroom which smelled like urine and room service had to come and re-clean. Another had dirty bloody towels on the floor and behind the bathroom door. Two out of three...not so great:(

Very mediocore

Pretty tired place with a lethargic staff that is slow on the draw. Valets at front are not very pleasant at all.

It Was Okay....

River Palms was kinda of a cheezy hotel. That’s the best way to describe it. Not fancy by any means, that’s for sure. It was nice that when you signed up for their Players Card, I got a free tshirt. The beds were pretty comfortable & the pillows are great! The complaint off the top of my head was the elevators take FOREVER!!! It was ridiculous & the outside elevator for the parking structure is not air conditioned, which is unreal given that it’s 115 degrees during the day! I sware you can’t breathe! Also the key cards worked intermittently.

Not clean

This hotel itself is ok only because it’s on the riverwalk...other than that lets just say I was scared to step barefoot on the carpet or bathroom.

We recommand that you clean your rooms for bug.I got a few bites with staying at your hotel
