Will Return for sure
Well I took a shot in the dark with this hotel and it paid off. The reviews I read were directly on. It is about a 2 mile walk to Lincoln Blvd. via boardwalk that goes along the ocean (fabulous). Cabs and local bus transportation right across the street. Great contintental breakfast each am. Chairs and towels for beach. Only downside not alot of eateries nearby. Carabbas across the street and Morton’s steakhouse all located in nearby hotels. No fridge in room but I lived. A little convenience store next door a litte pricey but you are in South Beach. A $34 fixed rate cab ride each way from Miami airport. My experience was delightful. Great pool not alot of seats but with the beach within 200 yrds go to the beach. I just returned from my stay!

Broke air conditioner and no hot water
The room was clean however with a broke air conditioner in 90 degree weather it was extremely uncomfortable. We were sweating as soon as we got out of the shower. Not to mention there was no hot water in the shower. We complained to the hotel and were not even offered any compensations. This was not what would be expected of a 3.5 star hotel. My spouse and I were hightly dissapointed and will not be staying here ever again.

Good for a quick stay
We stayed for one night before boarding a cruise ship. Everything was great - except the walls were a little thin and breakfast could have had more to offer.
