Very nice mid-range hotel
We were given a room on the third floor with a decent enough "view" of a shopping area. Room was clean, bright and sunny. Single king bed plus pull-out couch could have slept four in comfort. Near to restaurants and major shopping mall,access was easy from Interstate and city thoroughfare.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
A "fun park" called Wild Water West is about four miles west of the hotel on 41st street. Includes several waterslides, wave pool, wading pool for very young children with parental accompaniment. Food and soft drinks available.

Pool was down almost the whole time we were there.
We made reservations for a Sunday through Friday. We were there to visit my son and his family. We planned to have our 2 grandsons through the days and go swimming. Upon arriving Sunday, the pool was out-of-order. A sign on the door stated it would be open at 12 noon on Monday. NOT! We checked Tuesday afternoon and were told the pool would be open on Wednesday afternoon. So, having the 2 boys (both under 3 years of age) ready to go swimming, we found the pool still closed! We went next door to their sister hotel, the Comfort Inn, and their pool was out of order also! How’s that for luck? Of course, we were all very upset. No other options were given to us by the hotel. The pool did not open until Thursday afternoon. Finally! That was the day before we were to check out. But, we had already made other plans for our last night there. I must say, the hotel, continental breakfast and cleaning service was very good. The pool and the hotel’s location was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Then, the pool was not even available to us. We were very disappointed that no one contacted us to advise us of the out-of-order pool. We would’ve chosen somewhere else to stay had we been advised of this. I was not totally satisfied with our accommodations.

Plenty of Room
Our room was certainly big enough for two, and would easily sleep six. The breakfast was wonderful, kept hot and stocked. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with all of the space.
