Class all the way!!

I was impressed with the service, the cleanliness and the decor of this hotel. I stayed 2 nights and from the beginning to the end, my stay was great. I was treated like royalty, felt that the staff was there to meet me every need and was impressed with their warmth and friendliness. The service was the best I have ever had in any hotel. I have stayed in hotels in Canada, the US, mainland China and Europe and this is by far the best one. From the reception area to my room everything was clean, well decorated and taken care of. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. The location is good for shopping and it enables one to be immersed in daily Hong Kong life. The subway is near and there is a great shopping mall connected to the hotel, that beats any mall I have been to in the U.S. or Canada. Stay can be pricey, but it’s worth every cent. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation. ;-D

Do not miss the chance to go to the Ladies’ Market (2 blocks or so from the hotel). Great stuff to buy, but be ready to bargain. Lantau Island and the outdoor sitting Buddha: breathtaking!!

Greatest Hotel Anywhere!!

Possibly the greatest service in the world! My wife and I stayed here twice within 3 weeks while traveling in China. The first was on the way in, and it was a wonderful experience. The second time was for 3 nights when our daughter became ill on a plane bound for SFO. While admitting her at the hospital, I made our reservations via phone. Upon arrival, the staff had learned of our situation and did everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible while including upgrading us to a room that would accomodate a crib upon her release from hospital. The staff in the Club Lounge were exceptional, special kudos to Stanley, who remembered us from our first stay. Every employee we interacted with knew who we were and asked about our daughter and her condition. They truly cared about us. We believed it was a great hotel during our first stay under no stress. Their true colors came out during our time under pressure. If everyone who stays here has half the staff we had, you will consider yourself in great hands. Thank you!

Modern Comfort

I recently stayed at the Langham Place in Mong Kok for two nights on business. Coming from the airport is convenient via airport express train to Kowloon station and then a quick 5 minute cab ride. You could also take MTR instead of taxi but the route would be pretty indirect. Check-in staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were extremely comfortable and felt very modern with an ipod dock, ip phone, and a safe with built in charging socket. In-room dining was also top-notch with a very wide selection. Will definitely stay here again.
