Great Value
Overall really nice. Clean room. Great view of the mighty Mississippi. The buffet restaurant wasn’t that great. Go a few miles down the road to the Ameristar Casino, they have a magnificent buffet.

Good value for anyone staying in Jackson/Vicksburg/Greenville
I found this hotel to be comparably priced to the other 2-star motels in these towns, but it offers so much more. Of course, casinos are often a good bet for discounted accommodations as an enticement to get you gambling. I had a 3.5-star quality room overlooking the Mississippi River, and their Josh’s Restaurant had surprisingly gourmet quality food in a region known for its absence. One drawback - no wireless internet. They evidently don’t want their gamblers distracted by such things.
