Great Hotel
Hotel was very clean and provided a lot of space. It was nice to have a full kitchen for breakfast and lunch.
Traveler's tip on dining
We really enjoyed eating dinner at The Chop House which was located nearby in the outlet mall. Great food.

Great Hotel Bad Check-in service
Overall the hotel was great but the person checking us in was very arrogant about this being a time share location. I had to speak with the property manager to get the reservation strait.

Very pleased
We were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay at Wyndham Smoky Mountains. We have found a new "home base" for our visits to the Gatlinburg area since it was well appointed and convenient to restaurants and shopping.
