Wonderful and reliable personnel. Peaceful environment and would always recommend it.
The place and the personnel were quite wonderful. It is a good place to be and stay away from the busy city life. A place to recollect while travelling or coming back from travel or even ordinarily. I suggest that the television channels be increased with variety. I forgot a few things there and they were kept intact for me. That’s exceptionally great! Keep it up!

Good value for airport stay
This is the second time I have used the stay and park service and it is quite convenient for those coming to STL from surrounding areas. However, Best Western’s website needs to explain how to get to the hotel, as MapQuest cannot seem to get its act together - its directions spit me off the road into some field in the middle of nowhere which was unsettling to a lone female traveler at 10.30p! Thankfully the desk staffer was helpful in giving directions over the phone, yet he should not be having to do this 10x+ per night. Evidently, navigation programs can’t find the place, either. It was nice to have the lounge open past 10p.

Good value, nice hotel
This hotel was actually better than I expected. We had a big room with refrigerator and microwave plus wifi. For the price we paid, it was a bargain. I also like the free shuttle service.
