Beautiful Location!!!
Sol Umag is a great place to stay. Just over the border of Slovenia, and quite peaceful. The room had an amazing view of the sea and the staff was extremely helpful. Food in the restaurant was quite authentic and the breakfast/dinner buffet was rather extensive. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a 3-7 night stay!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Go ahead and pay for half-board, it is definitely worth it. Experiencing a local lunch, every day, will provide a great reason to leave the hotel. However, you won’t want to be gone for too long!
