HOTEL DID NO DISPLAY IT WAS A NON SMOKING ON OUT SIDE IF THERE DOORS NOR DID IT SAY THAT ON THERE SITE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE WHEN I CHECKED IN WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN THEY SUCK

Issues with cleanliness

Mostly, my stay at this hotel was fine, but I did have a few issues. First, I had requested (and was supposedly provided) a non-smoking room. My room had a definite odor of old cigarrette smoke. There were also some issues with the bathroom. In the doorway of the bathroom, there was a big, long spattering of toothpaste on the molding that didn’t belong to me. On the back of the bathroom door, there was a big long trail of... some type of dirty liquid substance running from the doorknob almost to the floor. It seems that the cleaning staff do a quick job and hit the basics, but they don’t really *look* to make sure that things are properly in order after each check out.

cost of hotel room is far too expensive for what you receive. Bathroom is very small, you can hear the neighbors at night.

Good Deal

We were really scared this place was going to be a dump because of the price, but we were pleasantly surprised. Great for a few inexpensive nights, your basic hotel room. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and there was coffee made in the morning. I wouldn’t stay here if I was planning to spend my days luxuriating in my hotel room, but if you plan on being out and about in the area most of the time, it’s fine. Hard to beat it for the price!

Good little hotel

Stayed for pleasure to attend amusement park down the stree. Was clean and neat. a great little hotel to stay in for a day or two. Would come back again. Price was ok-it wasn’t Fall foliage season yet and summer was well over yet price was up in the $90’s.

Would not go back!

Immediately upon opening the door to our room, we were hit with a smell of smoke. Although this is a non-smoking room, people sit right outside in the lot and smoke up a storm. Whether that is how the smoke permeates the rooms, or whether people are actually smoking in the rooms, there is a huge problem. I would be very hesitant to stay at another Red Roof because of this experience. The clerk at the front desk brought us a spray can of odor disguise, but that just makes for another smell. My husband checked another room, and found the same smell.

It isn’t worth saving a few bucks if you’re forced to stay in a smelly room.

Booked 4 rooms. Very nice stay. I recommend.

OK Place for the money

The hotel was ok. You had to pay an extra fee for wireless internet service. The lock on my door was a little tricky and seemed broken. Overall the hotel was "ok", an inexpensive average hotel. The front desk workers were very nice and seemed to genuinely care about my comfort.

A Nice Place For A Reasonablie Price

I’ve stayed at Red Roof Inn atleast six times now. Each of my stays have been no less than satisfactory. I always recommend Red Roof Inn hotels to people I know, so they too can enjoy a great room for a great price.

I think that the hotel was ok. I was upset that the room did not have an iron or a hair dryer. But other then that it was ok

Worst ever.

No cots, small room, hard beds. No phamplets in the office. Bad time.
