Great value
Is a bit removed from things, so need transportation of some sort. Buses were trying as they didn’t have English at all.

Great Value
I was quite impressed with this hotel. Italy in general is not known for very good hotel service. However, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hotel and room was very clean and it had gated parking. Staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. Beware, it’s not very close to the train station/city center and it’s definitely not close to the airport.
Traveler's tip on dining
My wife fell very ill after staying in Catania. Not sure if it was the water or the food, but be careful of both.
