This is a nice Ramada
I like this hotel. Simple, clean and quiet. Very good for an. overnight stay between Vancouver to Jaspa. I also like the front desk person his name is VP. He is very helpful and very felexity when I requested to change a room near the Gym.

Unhappy with communication
What i saw on the website was not what i walked into. The room itself was nice, but i was not told about the massive construction going on. The lobby was temporary, there was no roof top bar, jacuuzi, swimming pool, vending or fitness room. All because of contruction. What i should have got was discounts on the spot on room or meals. I would not have stayed had i know about all that was going on. I love the Ramada and will continue to seak it out, but come on.

Kamloops best hotel
The staff was extremely helpful and in spite of the renovation going on, the room was in excellent condition. The food was also great.
Traveler's tip on shopping
the hotel is very close to (less than 10 min walk) to the Sahali center.Great for shopping.
