Shuttles depart every 10 minutes to different parts of the city. You will not have to wait longer than 30 minutes for a shuttle to your hotel. Children aged 3 and younger travel at no charge but may be required to sit on an adult's lap.

- If you miss your flight or change your itinerary, you must immediately contact Connexxion Schiphol Hotel Shuttle to reschedule your transfer.
- For the hotel-to-airport shuttle, you must contact Connexxion Schiphol Hotel Shuttle at least 24 hours prior to the time you wish to depart from the hotel. You can ask for assistance at your hotel reception.
- If you have trouble locating your driver before the return trip, please either ask for assistance from your hotel`s front desk or call the service provider; contact details are provided on your printed voucher(s).

Upon arrival at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, please proceed to the "Amsterdam Shuttle" desk in Arrivals Hall 4, located on the corner opposite of Starbucks cafe. Please exchange your voucher(s) for shuttle ticket(s), and proceed to platform A 7. In the event that the desk is not manned, please proceed directly to platform A 7, outside the arrivals terminal.
Hotel to airport shuttle:
Your driver meets you in the lobby of your hotel. Passengers are advised to be in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the meeting time. Please contact Connexxion Schiphol Hotel Shuttle at least 24 hours prior to the time you wish to leave the hotel; the email address and customer service number appears on your printed voucher(s). You can also ask for assistance from your hotel reception.

|Cancellations and Changes: This transfer can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date or your flight departure date/pick-up time. Roundtrip transfer services cannot be changed or cancelled after the arrival transfer is provided.|
