Departure time and location:
Shuttles depart the Anaheim Tour Center between 9 AM-9:15 AM daily. Guests arriving at the Anaheim Tour Center by car or cab should arrive by 8:30 AM for ticketing. Tour picks up at all Anaheim-area hotels; when you call to make reservations, you will be given a specific pick-up time and location. If you are not staying along the transportation route, you will be directed to the nearest pick-up location. An additional, late-morning departure time is scheduled for 11:30 AM from the Anaheim Tour Center.

Return time and location:
Approximate return time to Anaheim (and area hotels) for morning departures is 7:30 PM. Approximate return time to Anaheim (and area hotels) for late morning departures is 9:30 PM.

Reservations are required. Please contact Southern California Gray Line at least 48 hours prior to the date you wish to visit Universal Studios Hollywood™ to confirm your reservation; the customer service phone number will be listed on your printed voucher(s). You may also schedule hotel or Anaheim Tour Center pick-up at this time. Food and beverages are not included.

Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservations are required. Please contact Southern California Gray Line at least 48 hours prior to the date you wish to visit Universal Studios Hollywood™ to confirm your reservation; the customer service phone number will be listed on your printed voucher(s). This tour picks up at all Anaheim-area hotels; when you call to make reservations, you will be given a specific pick-up time and location. If you are not staying along the transportation route, you will be directed to the nearest pick-up location. Present your voucher(s) to the Southern California Gray Line representative upon arrival at the tour center or hotel pick-up.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
