After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo ID with you; you must redeem one voucher per vehicle.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Black Pearl Luxury Transfers at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is on your printed voucher. When calling, please have your arriving flight and/or hotel details on hand. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary you must immediately contact Black Pearl Luxury Transfers to reschedule your transfer.
Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall. When you enter the arrivals lounge from Customs, turn left towards the meet and greet area and look for your name.
If the driver is still waiting 90 minutes after landing without a call from the client, the driver will leave and a no-show charge equal to 100% of the rate will apply. The driver can return to the airport if required, but additional charges equal to 50% of the original transfer rate may apply. If a new transfer driver has to be arranged, the original transfer fee will apply again.
Hotel pick-up: Your driver meets you in the lobby of your hotel.
Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up. If you have trouble locating your driver/guide/greeter, please contact the driver’s mobile number which Black Pearl will have contacted you about. |

Rate is per vehicle and valid for private transfers between Auckland Airport and your Auckland hotel only. Each sedan accommodates up to 2 passengers, each minivan 3−6 passengers, and each minibus up to 11 passengers.
Cancellations and Changes:
One-way airport to hotel transfer:
This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your departure date of the originating flight.
One-way hotel to airport transfer:
This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date. |
