Whether you prefer to set your own itinerary or improvise with assistance from your knowledgeable guide, the services of a local chauffeur and luxury Lexus sedan or Fiat mini-coach are at your disposal for up to seven hours. Capable of accommodating two passengers for a private getaway or up to twelve for a group outing, this tour is all about flexibility, comfort, and quality. Review the sample itineraries below or create your own to ensure your private tour of Auckland is unique as you are.

Half-Day Tour (4 1/2 hours):
  • Depart hotel
  • Visit Cornwall Park and drive up to One Tree Hill (the summit of a volcano with stunning views)
  • Mt. Eden (another of Auckland’s volcanoes and the highest peak in the city)
  • Scenic drive featuring: The Domain (popular park and recreation area) Remuera and St. Heliers (up-market housing with impressive surrounding views) East waterfront including Mission Bay and Paritai Drive (great harbor views and million-dollar estates)
  • Morning tea at Eden Garden Café (time permitting)
  • Return to hotel

    Six-Hour Tour:
  • Depart hotel
  • Lunch at Pine Harbour Cafe, Whitford.
  • Travel down Queen Street, Tamaki Drive, and the rural Whitford and Maraetai Coast (excellent views across to the Coromandel)
  • Drive into Hunua Ranges (a sparselypopulated hill country)
  • Stop at the picturesque Hunua Falls near Hunua village
  • Return to Auckland, crossing the Bombay Hills en route
  • Visit Mt. Eden for panoramic views
  • Return to hotel

    Seven-Hour Tour:
  • Depart Hotel
  • Arrive Karekare and Piha Beach to enjoy the rugged coastal scenery
  • Visit Muriwai for bird watching and a cliff walk
  • Stop at Matua Valley Winery to sample their award-winning wines
  • Stroll the garden at Coopers Creek Winery after a scenic drive through Riverhead Forest
  • Return to hotel

    After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
    1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
    2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
    3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

    Exchange your voucher for activity:
    Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Black Pearl Luxury Transfers at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure date to ensure your reservation, to arrange hotel pick-up time and location, and to reserve a vehicle that can accommodate your party. Upon pick-up, present your voucher(s) and photo ID to driver in exchange for service.

    Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
