9 AM; The Old Post Office Pavilion, located between Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenues

Note:
Children can be accommodated. Rentals of comfort mountain bikes, tandem bikes, child tag-alongs, and strollers are available. Full-service mountain bike rentals are located just one block from the National Mall. You may pick up your rental anytime after 9 AM. This rental cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity.
Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmations are required. Due to the popularity of these rentals, it is very important to call as far in advance as possible to confirm your desired rental date; the customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). On the day of your rental, please take your printed voucher(s) and photo identification to The Old Post Office Pavilion anytime after 9 AM to pick up your bike.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
